On August 8, 2025, Quzhou Tsaihua New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Tsaihua Technology Co., Ltd., held a grand topping out ceremony for the first phase of the "Annual Production of 40000 Tons of Conjugated Element New High end (Special) Resin Project" at the project construction site.

At 10:18, Mr. Wang Wenjun, the Chief Strategy Officer of the company, announced the official start of the ceremony, and the atmosphere on site was warm and solemn.

Subsequently, Li Junpei, Chairman of Zhejiang Tsaihua Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. Chairman Li Junpei reviewed the preparation and construction process of the project and expressed sincere gratitude to the Kaihua County government and all personnel involved in the project construction. Next, Ms. Gu Sheng, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Kaihua County, delivered a speech on stage.
