FSPE ® Waterborne glass-ceramic glaze is composed of polymer lotion with special structure, liquid colorant and a small amount of additives. Its characteristic is that the liquid polymer coloring agent directly participates in the baking paint curing process, integrates with the resin to form a film, achieves in-situ color fixation, and overcomes the problems of small molecule dyes migrating and penetrating under heat in traditional color paints. At the same time, it can improve the cross-linking degree of the paint film, making it denser, and greatly improving its glossiness, wear resistance, water resistance, alcohol resistance, and other properties. Water based glass ceramic glaze has not only passed the provincial-level new product certification in Zhejiang Province, but also obtained multiple testing certifications such as FDA alcohol immersion, EU hazardous substances, and ultra-low VOCs.
